Ms. Rollins received her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California State University and her MBA from Pepperdine University.
BackRaymond Jimenez is the Chief Technology Officer for Esperto Medical, where he specializes in rapid iteration and technology development. Before Esperto, Raymond led several efforts at SpaceX (where he operated Dragon missions to the International Space Station, commanded a satellite test fleet, and redesigned Falcon & Dragon navigation sensors), Boeing (where he designed power supplies for geostationary communications satellites), and Phase Four (where he led electronics development for the company's first flight-ready plasma thrusters).
Mr. Jimenez specializes in full-stack electrical engineering, spanning system design through firmware devlopment and product test. By leveraging the ever-marching trend of miniaturization in consumer and industrial electronics, he aims to bring ever more efficient and compact designs to previously untapped fields.
Raymond Jimenez received his BS in Electrical Engineering from Caltech.
BackDr. Jeff Stoll is the Chief Product Officer at Esperto. He brings 20+ years of senior leadership experience in medical device product management, clinical trials management, regulatory affairs, and R&D. He has led the successful development, launch, and commercialization of multiple award winning products in medical ultrasound, diagnostics, and rehabilitation. Before joining Esperto he led global product marketing for premium ultrasound products at Siemens Healthineers, global product management at Ekso Bionics, innovations at Hound Labs, and market development and access at NephroSant. Jeff has a B.S. in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College and a Ph.D. from Boston University focusing on robotics and controls in surgery.
BackElizabeth Gress is Head of Clinical Operations at Esperto Medical. She comes to Esperto from a 15-year career running medical device innovation and entrepreneurship programs at UC San Francisco, where she advised and supported startups and faculty innovators with their FDA interactions, clinical trials, business planning, grant writing, and finance and operations. At UCSF she served as the founding Program Director of the FDA-sponsored UCSF Pediatric Device Consortium and the Department of Surgery’s Surgical Innovations initiative, which she grew from unfunded concepts into fully staffed programs with a combined operating budget of $3 million/year. Ms. Gress is a co-founder of next-generation renal replacement startup Silicon Kidney and holds an MPA from UC Berkeley and a BA from Williams College.
BackDr. William Dempsey is the Head of Research at Esperto Medical. William obtained his BS and MS from Johns Hopkins University in Biomedical Engineering, where he modeled cancer-relevant biochemical reaction systems in silico. Subsequently, he obtained his PhD in Bioengineering at Caltech, developing a set of nanoparticle and non-invasive transgenic-based imaging tools to tackle fundamental questions in early development and wound repair in vivo. After refining his skills in nonlinear imaging at Caltech, Dr. Dempsey examined novel fluorescence and harmonic imaging phenomena at ETH Zürich in Switzerland, uncovered foundational structural correlates in the brain during memory formation at the University of Southern California, and returned to Caltech to track early stage mammalian development with high spatiotemporal resolution. Before joining Esperto Medical, Dr. Dempsey developed assays and analytical methods for spatial multi-omic sequencing applications at Singular Genomics.
BackDr. Daniel Cellucci is a Senior Electrical Engineer for Esperto Medical, where he specializes in the design of the sensing and data collection pipeline. Prior to joining Esperto, Dr. Cellucci was an Aerospace Technologist at NASA Ames Research Center, focusing on projects involving distributed sensing and autonomous decision making in both spaceflight and aeronautics. There, he developed and led the demonstration concept for the Distributed Spacecraft Autonomy project and worked with the Convergent Aeronautics Systems' program to implement a distributed pressure sensing platform for characterizing the behavior of aeroelastic wings made from discrete cellular solids. After leaving NASA, he co-founded an NSF-funded startup, Metavoxel, that sought to commercialize the discrete cellular solids technology.
